This grape variety, distinctly cultivated in our province, enjoys a rocky and clay soil left behind by the Piave River.

Straw yellow in color with greenish hues, fruity aromas and delicate flavour. This wine is a low proof, it is a light wine with a low alcohol content

Suggested for first courses: delicate risotto, salad, eggs and young cheeses.
