Sensory Notes
The color is a straw yellow with greenish hues, its perlage is fine and continuous, very similar to that of natural fermentation bottles. The nose has fruity notes of pineapple and golden apple. It has a smooth taste, with the right balance of acidity. This harmoniously balanced wine is light, fresh and elegant.
Pairings
It can be served as an aperitif, as an introduction to a meal. Pairs well with seafood risotto, oysters or sushi. Excellent as an aperitif in festive occasions.
