This grape variety, significantly cultivated in our province, enjoys a rocky and clay soil left behind by the Piave River.
Sensory Notes
The color is yellow bristling with heavy golden highlights. Its full, fruity flavor is persistent on the palette and leaves you with a sweet pleasantness; it has fragrant notes of honey, acacia plumes, and apricot.

Desserts such as tarts and pies, marzipan, dry biscuits such as biscotti, amaretti, cantucci and buranelli. Also a suitable selection for dried fruit and spicy cheeses.
