Sensory Notes

Its aromatic bouquet is reminiscent of tropical fruits (pineapple and lychee), sweet spices and a hint of rose. It is a full-bodied wine, smooth yet firm and with a certain elegance

Pairings

Pairs well with fish or vegetable risotto, white meats, smoked ham and spicy food in general. Accompanies shellfish and seafood well and is also suitable for oriental cuisine.
